At the event, a plaque was also presented by the Port of Barcelona (Asempea’s partner) to the Ambassador in appreciation of the support received in the mission he carried out to Thailand in October last year.

INDONESIA: INVESTMENT AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

Sustainable investment has grown significantly in Indonesia over the last decade as more investors are concerned about sustainability challenges. In line with this global trend towards sustainability and Indonesia’s goal to stimulate sustainable business, the Indonesian Ministry of Investment/Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) has developed a Sustainable Investment Guide, which serves as a starting point for business innovation and consumer demands for more sustainable economic practices.
